In October, when the autumn breeze was cool, Jiaxing senior high school ushered in the 24th Sports and Culture Festival. At the sports meeting, everyone tried their best to enjoy the fun of sweating and fighting passionately.

In the first half, it was the entrance ceremony of the sports meeting. The three major military teachers who worked overtime, Mr. Wu, Mr. Zhu and Mr. Mao gathered all the cadres of the International Department to form a 100-person regiment. Everyone was wearing a red maple leaf sweatshirt that symbolized Canada. Because the period of this sports meeting was approaching the 20th National Congress, four of them held four “Red Boat Departure”, “Zunyi Conference”, “Nanchang Uprising” and “National Founding Ceremony” with four big cards engraved with China’s century-old history. Now that China is rising, we will never forget our original aspiration, keep our mission firmly in mind, and hold the baton of humility.

During the race, some students stood by the track to cheer on players, and some students brought food and water to meet the athletes who were competing and charging bravely at the end. They did their best to shout cheers, and even though they did not participate in the race, they still stood on the field to do a good job behind the scenes. The scene of BCOS students uniting together and encouraging each other was exhilarating.

Among the fierce competitions in field, track and indoor competitions, the most wonderful was badminton. Kevin, a trump card veteran from the 11th grade, swept through the opposition again and won the championship. In men-singles, he won the game by a landslide margin of 15:3. When we interviewed him, he said that he was honored to have won two championships and was happy to have contributed to his class. In the high jump competition, Eric from the 10th grade won third place. His legs bent slightly back and forth, leaned forward, rushed to the horizontal rod like a gust of wind, took off and jumped hard, stretched his arms up, and forward. He jumped up and soared into the sky, just like a light spring swallow, swishing across the horizontal pole, and all of the audience applauded loudly.

The 2.5 days of field day ended, but the wonderful moments were kept forever in the photos and the memories of the students. In this sports meeting, the athletes all showed their youthful vigor, and the students of BCOS fully showed their strong sense of collective honor.
